In this documentation, we will show you how we can search multiple SKUs on SellerCloud at a time in bulk from excel or text file directly with some very easy steps.
SellerCloud has so many features that make it easier to use. In this article, we are going to describe one of the important SellerCloud feature that is Bulk search on Selllercloud which most of the users do not know. When you have hundreds of products for which you need some specific information like quantity, site cost, and others. For example, you have 500 products of multiple brands, also product category, types, all are different but still, you need some information from SellerCloud like site cost or current quantity, then what you will do? You must need to search every item manually on Sellercloud and get the information from SellerCloud. Then store it on excel or spreadsheet. There will not be any specific parameter to do an advanced search. Now if you do this search manually for 500 items it will take a huge time. In this article, we will show how to do a bulk search on SellerCloud. Like, search 500 items at a time then get those in an excel. So read the below steps.
Multiple items Searching process
There are some very easy steps for searching multiple items at a time on SellerCloud. For example, we have around 300 items in an excel sheet. Now going to search all of the items together. You can search for your items from anywhere. Follow the below steps.
Step 1: Once logged into your SellerCloud account, you can see that on the top side of the screen SellerCloud features are grouped into categories that you can use. Click on Search from Inventory. This will take you to the Search page.
Step 2: Click on SKU (left side of the SKU search box).
Once you click on SKU, you will find a new search tab like below.
Click on Show/Hide textbox to paste the SKU list. By default, it will be hidden.
Step 3: Here you need to copy your SKUs from excel or any other sources you have. Paste the SKU is in the box. Before searching, anyone can select the necessary checkbox if you want to include it in your search. After pasting and giving the necessary tick on the checkbox, click on Search SKUs.
Note: If you paste the SKU in a single line or use comma or anything that will not work. Must have to set them into different lines one by one.
Step 4: Now you will find your SKUs here. At first please, select page size 500 or 1000 then select all pages from the top right side.
Scroll down and click on Select.
Note: If you see any SKUs that have a different color like light red then those SKUs are related to other SKUs like shadows or kits etc.
After selecting you will find all the SKUs on the search box. Now if you have a specific warehouse where you want to export the information you can select that companies then click the Search button.
Step 5: You have successfully bulk search your SKUs. Form the search page you can select all pages then click on Excel to export the result. You can also do a custom Export.
There is a normal way to search multiple SKUs at a time but that is preferable for a small range of SKUs like 10 -15 SKUs. Like, search the items in a regular way on the Search box. Just use comma (,) between two SKUs. As example BD-3AWPF38-BKAV,BD-3AWPF38-BKCH
