Go to your Amazon Seller Central account. Then go to Manage Inventory.
Check the FBA fee which is marked in Red color with the fee marked in Blue color.
When you get any FBA fee is more than the Amazon fee, mark the ASIN or ASINs and then create a case on Amazon about the overcharging issue.
Then Amazon will investigate these issues and let us know the update on the overcharging case.
