Now, Scroll down and then under the Selling tools select File Exchange

Upload items on eBay using CSV file

First, choose the correct specific category & then from Catalog listing template  select CSV format.

It will download the excel file and will look like the screenshot below.



-All the field  marked with * should be filled up
-Let’s talk about this step is light details.

*Action:

This is the required field in all templates. Write any of the below options under the *action box. You need to select the action that you are trying to perform with this excel file. For example, select “Add” if you are trying to add a new product. The following actions can be put down.

  • Add
  • Revise
  • Relist
  • End
  • Status
  • VerifyAdd
  • AddToItemDescription

*Category:

2nd most important box to fill up. In these box you have to provide the category number. For example-  for “Antiques” category, id is “20081”

*Condition:

3rd Must fill box. Just like category ids, there are condition ids that tell eBay about the condition of the product,
Id’s are like-

1000 = New

1500 = New other

2000 = Manufacturer refurbished

2500 = Seller refurbished

3000 = Used

7000 = For parts or not working

There are some other mandatory fields such as *Quantity *Format *StartPrice *Duration *Location

Yes we can help you to list item in bulk on ebay and we need to login to your account to list item in bulk , Now you can give use secondary user access but it sometimes do not work for us due to country ip issue its better to give us main access but you do not need to give us access now when the feed file is ready then you can give us the access.
